Tell us what you want to sell.
Tell us the product, your design and where your customers are. A link or a short description is enough to start.
Review the mockup and quote
We confirm the print layout, product price, shipping and timing. You can order a sample before listing; we’ll confirm the sample cost first.
Confirm, then list in your store
Approve the product and set your selling price. As orders arrive, send them to us; we arrange production and delivery.
Are you an artist or designer?
We’ll help you choose products for your artwork. You keep the rights to your designs. You can get started before opening a store.
Common questions
Do I need a shop to get started?
No. You can discuss your designs and explore products before opening a shop. To sell, you will need your own sales channel. Our creator partnership page explains how to get started.
What will I pay Custuni?
You pay Custuni for each product and its shipping. Physical samples and any extra customization are quoted separately before you order. Your customer pays your store; you pay Custuni separately. Allow for your own store, payment and marketing costs.
Can I order just one piece?
Made-to-order catalog products can start from one piece. For a product sourced outside the catalog, we check the minimum quantity and explain it in the quote.
How long will an order take?
Production and shipping times depend on the product and destination. We confirm both with your quote, so you can give your customers a delivery estimate.
Can my store send orders automatically?
Check with us first. We’ll confirm how your store can submit orders before you start selling. Automatic syncing needs to be confirmed separately. We confirm the product price and shipping charge; production starts after payment.
Do I keep the rights to my artwork?
Yes. You retain the rights to your original artwork. Send designs you own or have permission to use, and tell us which products you want them printed on.
