Can I start without a shop?

Yes. You can explore products and discuss your artwork with us first. Before you start selling, you'll need to open and manage your own store. We're preparing store setup tutorials for our social channels.

Will Custuni build or run my store?

You set up and run your own store, including product listings, pricing and customer communication. Custuni supports product preparation, production and shipping. Our planned tutorials will help you understand the store setup process.

What costs should I plan for?

Plan for product costs, shipping, any samples, store subscription and payment fees, plus applicable taxes or duties. Product-specific costs and payment terms are agreed before launch. Store fees may continue even when you have no sales.

What is the minimum order?

You can start from 1 piece, without buying stock in advance. Products are made to order. We confirm the available sizes, print options and delivery terms for your selected items before launch.

Which products can I choose?

Explore 300+ customizable products across apparel, drinkware, home and living, bags and accessories, footwear, stationery and tech, and outdoor and auto. Tell us what suits your artwork and we'll help you choose.

Are product mockups really free?

Yes. Share your artwork and the products you like, and we'll prepare free digital product mockups. Physical samples and sample shipping are separate; we'll confirm those costs before you order.

How do orders reach Custuni?

We'll agree on an order handoff process with you before launch. Production begins according to the agreed payment and order terms.

Who owns my artwork?

You retain ownership of your artwork. Share original work that you own or have permission to use, and we'll agree on how it is used for your product collection.

Can I use fan art or licensed characters?

Bring original work you own. Artwork featuring another creator's characters, logos or designs needs permission for commercial use. Tell us about any license before we prepare your collection.

Where can my orders ship?

Our current focus is the United States. Tell us where your customers are, and we'll confirm available destinations, costs and delivery estimates for your products.
